Join us for the "Beyond Managing Assets: What Asset Management Really Means For Municipalities — A Perspective From Peel" webinar on Thursday, February 19th, 2026 from 1-2 PM ET.
Many municipalities are progressing in asset management, yet still operate within activity driven processes that limit strategic transparency and organizational alignment. Drawing on practical experience from the Region of Peel, this session clarifies the critical difference between managing assets and doing asset management. We’ll explore how a strategic AM approach connects community outcomes, council priorities, risk, affordability, and long term service sustainability. Participants will gain insight into how municipalities can shift from activity focused workflows to an integrated asset management system that supports defensible decisions and transparent conversations with council and the public.
Event for CNAM Members and Non-Members
